Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and work with engineering, fleet operations, and depot teams to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• Valid European driver’s license
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass background verification (BGV) and drug/alcohol screening
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail
• Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi fleet operations
• Continuously supervise system performance while awareness of traffic conditions
• Take immediate manual control as required by procedures or safety protocols
• Complete assigned routes with compliance to regulations and company procedures
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services with safe operations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure deployment readiness
• Report damage, abnormal vehicle behavior, or maintenance concerns to depot/tech teams
• Record disengagements, observations, and events using company tools
• Provide feedback on vehicle behavior and traffic scenarios to engineering teams
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
