Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician in Helsinki to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous vehicle fleets used for robotaxi operations across Europe. You will ensure safety, reliability, and readiness for daily deployment, working with AV operations leads, depot specialists, and engineering teams.

The role covers hand-on repair, EV diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, and software updates, with collaboration across fleet operations to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics and repair capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment, testing, and operations.
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness and uptime.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation.
