Job summary

Metso seeks a Head of Everyday AI Adoption to empower Metsonites to integrate AI into daily work. You will lead adoption strategy, coordinate with HR, IT and business leaders, and scale responsible AI practices across regions.

This is a senior, transformational role guiding how AI reshapes workflows and decision-making. You will champion practical AI adoption, align initiatives with business goals, and build capabilities that enable teams to innovate while maintaining governance.

Qualifications

• Strategic, opportunity-led thinking directing AI adoption initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across business units.
• Experience turning AI opportunities into practical, scalable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop Metso’s Everyday AI adoption approach aligned with business priorities.
• Create and track a role-based adoption roadmap with HR/IT leadership.
• Demonstrate Everyday AI through practical demos and real-world use cases.
• Introduce new AI-enabled ways of working and validate value.”
• Lead a team that builds reusable Everyday AI capabilities and resources.
• Enable citizen AI while ensuring responsible use within guardrails.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development and regional teams to scale adoption.
• Measure adoption outcomes and remove barriers to sustain new practices.
