Job summary

Certego Oy is seeking alarm center operators for CERTEGO24/7 units in Jyväskylä and Kokkola. The role offers a flexible contract of 0–40 hours per week in a modern alarm center environment with video surveillance, remote control, and emergency services integration.

You will receive and assess security and technical alarms, dispatch responders, and monitor systems. Fluency in Finnish and English is required, with Swedish as a bonus, and prior alarm center experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Security guard card required.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with alarm and building automation systems.
• Fluency in Finnish and English; Swedish considered an advantage.
• Excellent customer service orientation, communication skills, flexibility, problem-solving ability, and stress tolerance.
• Previous experience in alarm centers is beneficial.
