Job summary

CERTEGO seeks installers for a permanent position at our Mikkeli unit. You will work independently with clients on demanding locking, security system and door automation projects, with team support and ongoing professional development.

Workdays are weekdays from 8 to 16, with training and opportunities to travel to other units in Finland and abroad as you gain independence. A clean criminal record for security work and a B-driver’s license with travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with locking and/or security systems and door automation.
• Customer-focused service mindset and ability to report and document tasks.
• Good written and spoken Finnish; clean criminal record for security guard card; B-driver’s license with travel readiness within Eastern Finland.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site locking and/or security system project tasks, or maintenance work.
• Collaborate with the team and travel to other units in Finland as needed.

Job description

We are seeking installers for a permanent position at our Mikkeli unit. At CERTEGO you will work independently with clients on demanding and interesting locking, security system and door automation projects. You will have the support of a skilled team that ensures your development as a professional in locking and security systems.

In addition to team support, we actively train – in 2024 we provided over 3,000 training days for our staff. Work days are generally weekdays from 8 to 16, ensuring a balance between work and leisure. The days consist of various on-site locking and/or security system project tasks or maintenance tasks, and there is also potential for travel to other units in Finland and abroad as you become able to work independently.

You may be our new CERTEGO member if you have prior experience with locking and/or security systems (camera, alarm and access control) and/or door automation installation work, customer-focused service mindset, the ability to document and report tasks, good written and spoken Finnish (other language skills are an advantage). The role requires a clean criminal record for a security guard card and a B-driver’s license with travel readiness within Eastern Finland.
