Job summary

Agileday is hiring for AI Agent Developers to build next-generation AI-powered product experiences for professional services. You will join a product & engineering team and own agent capabilities from exploration to production across the platform.

This is a remote-friendly role with occasional in-person collaboration in Espoo, Finland. We value hands-on coding, design, test, and ship of AI-enabled agent workflows, with equity alongside a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on AI agents or agent-driven workflows.
• Ability to take agents from prototype to production.
• Experience with MCP, multi-agent systems, AI observability, or evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agents that understand intent and complete multi-step tasks.
• Define cross-cutting architecture for agents, data, permissions, and workflows across the platform.
• Build evaluation and observability capabilities for reliability, grounding, tool use, latency, cost, and task completion.
• Design for uncertainty, failure recovery, human oversight, and balance between autonomy and user control.
• Turn successful experiments into secure, scalable, and maintainable production capabilities.
