Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative individual to shape high-impact product experiences. You will design intuitive UI/UX, leverage AI tools, and work closely with PMs and engineers from day one to guide products from concept to launch.

You will use AI to clarify intent, draft specs, and surface risks while measuring impact through funnels and retention. A global, flexible environment with strong growth awaits.

Responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences from concept to delivery using the best tools.
• Start with an LLM to clarify intent, draft specs, surface risks, edge cases and approaches.
• Prototype and build with AI, using Cursor and Claude Code, knowing when to code vs. use design tools like Figma.
• Co-create with PMs and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements and guiding through QA and release.
• Validate and measure by talking to customers, running tests, and tracking funnels/retention.
• Find high-leverage bets from the backlog and move fast to deliver.
