• Project management: manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research, competitive analyses, and contextual studies.
• Deliver high-impact features quickly and effectively.
• Measure impact post-launch and iterate based on data.
• Align design decisions with business goals and communicate value.
