Job summary

Supermetrics is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to lead the platform layer for our GTM AI agent program. You’ll own shared infrastructure, event routing, data connections and deployment pipelines, shipping production services on Google Cloud from Helsinki or Dublin.

You’ll design for maintainability, own incident response, and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate problems into scalable infra decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running production software: you deployed, monitored, and were on call.
• REST API and webhook experience: integrated multiple third-party systems from scratch.
• Applied LLM experience in production: agents or LLM-backed services you shipped and operated, including guardrails and cost/latency management.
• Hands-on Google Cloud experience with Cloud Run / GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Scheduler/Workflows, Cloud Logging & Monitoring.
• Working SQL and BigQuery: read/write SQL and connect apps to BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain shared infrastructure for AI agents across the GTM org.
• Ensure agents connect to tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk in a consistent way.
• Own and maintain the GTM Agent Registry: master catalogue and ownership.
• Set up and maintain observability, dashboards, and logs to monitor agents.
• Maintain data quality and serve as write authority on the Golden Record (BigQuery).
