Job summary

Finnair is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to shape customer experiences and commercial decisions through data-driven insights. You will own analysis across customer feedback, behaviour and operational data, turning findings into actionable insights.

You’ll help build AI-enabled insight capabilities and support end-to-end customer journeys in a hybrid work model at HQ near Helsinki Airport. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions, drive visualization of insights,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years in an analytical role with customer experience/insight focus.
• Experience in quantitative research methods and multiple data sources.
• Working knowledge of AI / advanced analytics methods and tools.
• Solid experience with CX metrics and Voice of the Customer.
• Ability to translate data into clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in English; Finnish language is a minor advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of customer, operational, and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Apply statistical methods to understand customer behaviour and support decisions.
• Identify, pilot and embed AI opportunities to scale insight generation.
• Evaluate customer experience initiatives and provide analytical recommendations.
• Lead and contribute to customer insight projects delivering actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver reports and insights to drive decisions.
• Continuously improve analytical approaches and measurement frameworks.
