Job summary

Greip IP Solutions Oy is seeking a hands-on AI & Software Architect to lead architectural directions and AI development for a compact, agile product team. You will collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional colleagues to design and implement AI features and integrations.

The role emphasizes practical software development, security-conscious design, and building production-grade AI solutions within an international SaaS context.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft stack and modern software development.
• Hands-on coding and software architecture experience.
• Practical AI, data, or language-model solutions experience.
• Understanding of security, quality, performance and cost.
• Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and software lifecycle.
• Ability to align customer, business and technology needs.
• Excellent communication in Finnish and English.

Hands-on AI & Software Architect role at Greip IP Solutions Oy (part of Berggren konserni).

You will build AI features and software architecture for a compact, agile product development and expert team. You will work closely with the team and the CTO on architectural directions and AI development.
