The ideal candidate will have multiple degrees and a proven track record in ERP/MRP systems, RFQ/RFI preparation, and PO management in a fast-paced hardware production environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement or buying experience sourcing technical hardware.
• Experience preparing RFQs/RFIs and managing POs end-to-end.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling multiple orders.
• Strong cross-functional communication with engineering and production teams.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs and RFIs for flight hardware and related components.
• Consolidate supplier responses for evaluation.
• Place and manage purchase orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Follow up on order confirmations, delivery dates, and shipments.
• Escalate supplier delays when needed.
• Maintain procurement documents, contracts, and supplier records for audit readiness.
• Handle admin supply chain tasks including data entry and invoice reconciliation in ERP/MRP systems.
• Support senior specialists with sourcing activities and supplier communications.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, production, and finance on delivery schedules and docs.
• Track procurement records and status reports for reviews.
