F10 Human Resource is recruiting an Account Development Manager on behalf of Kanadevia Inova. This newly created position is part of a strategic Nordic initiative to grow the Finnish business.
You will combine account development and technical service sales with coordination of service delivery. As the customer’s primary contact, you will understand plant priorities, identify opportunities and bring together the specialists needed to deliver reliable solutions.
You will report to Johan Sandstedt, Sales Manager Kanadevia, and work closely with colleagues across the Nordic organisation, particularly its extensive Swedish operations.
Build on Kanadevia Inova’s current Finnish operations. Strengthen customer relationships, understand maintenance needs and develop account plans that create long-term value.
Identify opportunities for boiler services across biomass, Waste to X, district heating and CHP. Explore industrial boiler applications where Kanadevia Inova’s expertise can make a difference.
Translate customer requirements into clear commitments and coordinate with technical and field service teams to deliver on quality, timing, cost and safety.
You have experience in technical service sales, account management or service project management and enjoy combining commercial responsibility with practical technical understanding. You may already manage customer accounts, or you may be a service project professional ready to take greater responsibility for business development.

Experience with biomass, waste-to-energy, district heating, CHP or industrial boilers will be particularly relevant.
You build trust by understanding the customer’s business and following through on your commitments. You recognise commercial opportunities, ask the right technical questions and involve colleagues when specialist expertise is needed.
You work independently, keep your priorities clear and maintain momentum through structured follow-up. You are also a collaborative colleague who can align people without formal management authority. When plans change, you respond practically and keep safety, customer expectations and commercial outcomes in view.
Kanadevia Inova is a Zurich-based technology and engineering company and part of Japan’s Kanadevia Corporation. Its business spans Waste to X, renewable gas and services that support plants throughout their operating lives, from engineering and construction to maintenance, upgrades and optimisation.
For customers in the Finnish market, boiler expertise is central to its offering. The company provides services for waste- and biomass-to-energy plants, with capabilities relevant to district heating, CHP and industrial boiler applications.
The Nordic service organisation is headquartered in Denmark, with operations in Norway, Sweden, Finland and the Baltic countries. Its extensive Swedish operations provide a strong foundation for regional cooperation. Kanadevia Inova already operates in Finland and is now investing in further development of this business.
The position covers the Finnish market and involves approximately 20–40% regional travel. The specific work base and working arrangements will be agreed during the recruitment process. Start date is by agreement.
