You will be involved in tasks such as:

• Analysis, development and validation of embedded software for on-board and handheld devices.
• Analysis and modification of current printed circuit boards used in GMV projects.
• Perform validation and verification of HW applications/modules, according to our internal Quality System.
• Generate product and project documentation: functional descriptions, specification documents, PBC schematics, etc.
• Definition of test benches, unit and automated tests for modules, etc.
• Maintenance of current applications and firmware modules, problem analysis, bug fixes.

For this position, we are looking for analysis technicians with knowledge in:

• Research and collection of technical data of equipment: physical, electrical, mechanical characteristics, weights, measurements, etc.
• Logistic data recording.
• Inventory and physical configuration audits.
• Obsolescence analysis.
• Database management.
• Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) equipment.
• Familiar with technical specifications of equipment.
• Failure mode analysis.
• Reliability and MTBF calculation (MIL-HDBK-217F, FIDES, Telcordia).
• Technical publications.
• Configuration management (HW and SW).
