About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our fast-growing, AI-driven technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our core web application, which is primarily built on Laravel (80% backend focus) with React.js on the frontend.
- Design, develop, and deploy new features and functionality for our web platform
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve debugging and development workflows
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
- Proficient in PHP, Laravel, and React.js
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and software architecture
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
