Under Armour Europe Retail is looking for a talented professional to join their team in sales. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining proper relationship with ECI buying team, drive the sell in every season. This role will work cross functional with Marketing, VM, store design, finance and must have very transparent and good communication. Is crucial that have the capacity to analyze the sell out and drive the proper actions to address the inventory wos, have the right planification and be responsible of the revenue of the account.

Your Impact
  • Coordinate and drive the sell in period.
  • Work closely with the assortment for each ECI cluster.
  • Ensure proper inventory levels in retail stores. Coordinate the needs for each store based in the cluster and sell out
  • Make weekly call-outs regarding all the ECI needs to cross functional teams
  • Share all the info needed for ECI for have the right codification in their system
  • Control and coordination action to maintain the claims under control
  • Actively participate in new store openings as needed. Partner with retail team to ensure successful launches.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of procedures and systems for all areas that help the business controls and can support retail growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities trying to win share in ECI with all UA product categories.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience
  • Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or
  • Typically, 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • Strong retail math acumen, including elements of inventory productivity measures (weeks of supply, sell-through, etc)
  • Proficiency at analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; with the ability to synthesize information and translate into effective and actionable insights
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver projects and results within timelines
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. The ability to present information in a clear, concise and complete manner.
  • Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
  • Sense of urgency and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Have the right skills for manage people building a team according to UA values.

Base Compensation

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more overtime. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
