Drum Notes, used by 200k+ people. For us, growth is oxygen. We're looking for a driven growth leader to experiment, fail, learn, win... and help us make the whole world play music.

Design and execute data-driven growth initiatives that convert curious drummers into lifelong fans.

Own our growth strategy from top to bottom. Hypothesize, test, and scale user acquisition across all channels (Paid, Organic, Influencers, Partnerships).

Performance & Operations : Manage budgets and freelancers, build dashboards to track KPIs, and report on insights that will shape our next moves.

• 2+ years in marketing, ideally with mobile app growth (imposter syndrome is welcome!).
• Hungry to learn and tinker with new tools, including AI.
• Comfortable managing freelancers, budgets, and KPIs.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus).
• Self-directed with a bias for action; you thrive in small, high-impact teams.
