COLIBRIX.ONE is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Analyst and Administrator to translate business needs into reliable CRM solutions. You will configure modules, fields, workflows, and dashboards, and collaborate across teams to design scalable processes.

You'll implement automations with Deluge, manage data integrity, and build integrations using APIs and webhooks, with AI-assisted tools to speed development. The role requires 3–5 years of experience and strong English and Russian skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a systems/business analyst or Zoho CRM administrator.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and AI-assisted development tools to design and debug automations.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 for secure integrations.
• Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and Zoho One applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Russian.

Responsabilidades

• Zoho CRM configuration: modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to align with processes.
• User management: roles, profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Automation: build and maintain workflows using Deluge and AI tools.
• Data management: migration, cleansing, deduplication, and audits.
• Reporting & dashboards: create insights for multiple departments.
• Training & support: coach users and ensure effective CRM usage.
• Third-party integrations: design and implement APIs, webhooks, and custom functions.
