COLIBRIX.ONE is seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Analyst and Administrator to transform business requirements into scalable CRM solutions. You will design processes, configure Zoho CRM, and build automations with Deluge and AI tools, while managing data, reporting, and external integrations.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a systems/business analyst or Zoho CRM administrator, with a track record of translating requirements into CRM configurations and integrations.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting, and comfortable using AI development tools to design, write, and debug scripts and automations faster.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 for secure integrations.
• Familiarity with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho One applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, turning ambiguous needs into concrete solutions.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders; fluent in English and Russian.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Zoho CRM Administration: System configuration, customization of modules, fields, layouts, and workflows.
• User Management: Roles, profiles, permissions, data security and integrity.
• Automation Implementation: Build/workflow rules, assignments, blueprints, approvals using Deluge; leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.
• Data Management: Data migration, cleansing, deduplication, audits.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create/manage reports for departments.
• Training & Support: Train users; provide ongoing CRM support.
• Third-Party Integrations: Analyze needs, design data flow, build integrations via APIs/webhooks.
• Monitoring & maintenance: Track performance and implement enhancements.
• Requirements & Solution Design: Gather requirements; translate into modules, layouts, workflows, and logic.
