Job summary

HP is seeking a Customer Service Project/Program Manager for Video Shorts to lead strategy and delivery of short-form support content on YouTube Shorts. You will identify topics, coordinate vendors, monitor trends, and optimize for discovery while aligning with internal initiatives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Own the strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery of HP Support YouTube Shorts.
Identify topics, trends, and issues to maximize views and engagement.
Collaborate with stakeholders and analytics to identify opportunities.
Manage vendor scripting, production, and post-production.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap based on demand and potential.
Ensure quality, branding, accessibility, and standards.
Monitor trends and drive innovation in formats and workflows.
Oversee internal HP video projects as needed.
Coordinate resources and budgets to meet timelines.
