Pinmar Yacht Supply is seeking a proactive Yacht Account Manager for our Palma de Mallorca offices. You will identify new business opportunities, visit yacht clients daily, and ensure excellent service across channels.

As a key contact for clients, you will manage orders, quotations and requests, coordinate with internal teams, and stay updated on market trends to grow our customer base and ensure on-time deliveries.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar yacht account role.
• Nautical knowledge/experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
• High level of English.
• Valid driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, converting them into sales with tailored proposals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with yacht clients through daily on-site visits.
• Deliver excellent customer service across all channels to ensure retention and growth.
• Manage orders, quotations, and client requests with internal teams.
• Follow up on quotations, orders and outstanding receivables within your portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
• Provide cross-functional support to Trade, e-commerce and retail teams and participate in shop operations.

Pinmar Yacht Supply is one of the largest European suppliers of nautical products through our stores and supply teams. We are currently looking for a proactive, client-focused and team player Yacht Account Manager at our offices in Palma de Mallorca.

Position: Yacht Account Manager

Location: Palma de Mallorca (on-site)

Requirements

• - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• - Nautical knowledge/experience.
• - Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• - Provide cross-functional support to the Trade, e-commerce and retail teams, actively.participating in shop operations as a key touchpoint for strengthening product knowledge, identifying sales opportunities and building strong customer relationships.
