Accenture Madrid is seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Associate Manager to guide clients through Talent & Performance initiatives, delivering integrated cloud HR solutions.

You’ll support rapid deployments, collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams, and foster innovation with new assets in the Workday domain. English fluency and a client-focused mindset are essential.

Formación

• Experience implementing Workday Talent & Performance modules in a consulting or client setting.
• Willingness to travel and to manage client interactions and teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or higher.
