Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 3–5+ years Workday configuration experience, payroll and absence expertise preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; proficient in Workday reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client service mindset.
• Proven PM and process-improvement abilities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as Workday SME guiding stakeholders on solutions.
• Configure payroll, earnings codes, deductions, and tax integrations.
• Manage absence and time tracking configurations and rules.
• Set up time schedules, job profiles, and organizational hierarchies.
• Build, run, and maintain HR/Payroll dashboards and analytics.
• Lead projects, requirements gathering, and change management.
