BNB - Business Network Builders busca un Workday Extend Consultant para diseñar y desarrollar soluciones innovadoras dentro del ecosistema Workday Extend. Trabajarás con un equipo global de consultoría en un entorno internacional, enfocado en entregar valor práctico a los clientes.

El puesto exige habilidades técnicas, curiosidad empresarial y buen nivel de inglés. Ubicación en Madrid con modalidad híbrida; se ofrecen certificaciones Workday y oportunidades de crecimiento profesional.

Formación

• Bachiller o licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería de Software, Sistemas de Información o similar.
• Conocimientos y/o experiencia en REST y SOAP Web Services.
• Experiencia en Java es muy valorada, pero no obligatoria.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones con Workday Extend.
• Crear soluciones que automaticen procesos y mejoren la experiencia Workday.
• Colaborar con clientes para entender necesidades antes de diseñar soluciones.
• Trabajar con consultores funcionales, especialistas en integración y arquitectos de soluciones.

Youll work alongside functional consultants, solution architects, and customers to design innovative solutions that deliver real business value—not just write code.

Role Overview: Passionate Application Developer

If you are passionate about application development, this is the job for you! The core of this role is building and creating innovative applications within the Workday ecosystem, the market-leading ERP software for HR and Finance. You will merge strong technical development with the power of a global enterprise platform.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop applications using Workday Extend.
• Build solutions that automate business processes and enhance the Workday experience.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs before designing technical solutions.
• Work closely with functional consultants, integration specialists, and solution architects.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work in an international, collaborative, and highly technical consulting environment.

What we’re looking for

We're looking for professionals who combine technical expertise, business curiosity, and strong communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelors degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or another related technical field.
• Knowledge and/or experience working with REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Java experience is highly valued but not mandatory.

If you have solid software development experience using another programming language, wed still love to hear from you.
