BNB is expanding our Workday Extend practice and seeking a curious consultant to design and build scalable Workday Extend applications for international clients. You’ll collaborate with functional consultants, integration specialists, and solution architects to deliver real business value.

Java experience is a plus but not mandatory; knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON/XML, and cloud/SaaS environments will help you thrive.

Workday Extend Consultant | Join Our Global Consulting Team

Are you passionate about building scalable applications, solving complex business challenges, and working with international clients?

At BNB, we’re expanding our Workday Extend practice and looking for technically curious professionals who want to grow in one of the most innovative areas of the Workday ecosystem.

You’ll work alongside functional consultants, integration specialists, solution architects, and customers to design innovative solutions that deliver real business value — not just write code.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop applications using Workday Extend
• Build solutions that automate business processes and enhance the Workday experience
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Work closely with functional consultants, integration specialists, and solution architects
• Participate in the full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Work in an international, collaborative, and highly technical consulting environment

What we’re looking for

We’re open to developers from different technical backgrounds.

Java experience is a plus, but it is NOT mandatory. If you have solid software development knowledge or experience in another programming language, we’d still love to hear from you.

One of the key requirements for this opportunity is:

• Knowledge and/or experience working with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services

A significant part of the technical work involves reading and writing data through REST and SOAP services, so we’re looking for candidates who have a good understanding of web service integrations, APIs, JSON/XML, and related technologies.

Technical skills

• Software development knowledge and/or experience
• REST APIs & SOAP Web Services — knowledge and/or experience required
• Authentication concepts such as OAuth, JWT, or SAML — a plus
• Familiarity with Cloud / SaaS environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional English
• Interest in learning the Workday platform and growing as a technical consultant
