BNB - Business Network Builders busca un Desarrollador de Aplicaciones apasionado por la tecnología y las soluciones en Workday Extend. Trabajarás con clientes internacionales para diseñar y entregar soluciones que generen valor real, más allá de escribir código.

Buscamos personas con experiencia en desarrollo y con conocimientos de REST/SOAP y JSON/XML, dispuestas a crecer como consultoras de tecnología en un entorno dinámico y colaborativo.

Formación

• Título universitario en informática, ingeniería de software, sistemas de información, ciencia de datos u otro campo técnico relacionado.
• Conocimientos y/o experiencia con REST y SOAP Web Services.
• Experiencia en Java es valorada aunque no es obligatoria.
• Desarrollar soluciones utilizando REST/SOAP, JSON y XML con capacidad de lectura/escritura de datos.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones usando Workday Extend.
• Construir soluciones que automaticen procesos de negocio y mejoren la experiencia Workday.
• Colaborar con clientes para entender necesidades antes de diseñar soluciones técnicas.
• Trabajar estrechamente con consultores funcionales, especialistas en integración y arquitectos de soluciones.
• Participar en todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto: diseño, desarrollo, pruebas, implementación y soporte.
• Trabajar en un entorno internacional, colaborativo y altamente técnico.

Youll work alongside functional consultants, solution architects, and customers to design innovative solutions that deliver real business value—not just write code.

Role Overview: Passionate Application Developer

What youll do

• Design and develop applications using Workday Extend.
• Build solutions that automate business processes and enhance the Workday experience.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs before designing technical solutions.
• Work closely with functional consultants, integration specialists, and solution architects.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work in an international, collaborative, and highly technical consulting environment.

Were looking for professionals who combine technical expertise, business curiosity, and strong communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelors degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or another related technical field.
• Knowledge and/or experience working with REST and SOAP Web Services.

Approximately 50% of the most complex work involves reading and writing data through REST and SOAP Web Services. Therefore, candidates should at least be familiar with these concepts and understand how REST and SOAP Web Services, APIs, and JSON/XML are used in system integrations.

• Java experience is highly valued but not mandatory.

If you have solid software development experience using another programming language, wed still love to hear from you.
