BNB - Business Network Builders en Madrid busca un/a Consultor/a Extend de Workday. Diseñarás y desarrollarás aplicaciones dentro del ecosistema Workday Extend y colaborarás con clientes internacionales para hacer realidad soluciones que aporten valor de negocio.

Se valora experiencia con REST/SOAP, Java y desarrollo de software; se ofrece crecimiento profesional, certificaciones Workday y un entorno multicultural en una modalidad híbrida.

Formación

• Formación universitaria en informática/ingeniería de software o campo relacionado.
• Conocimiento/experiencia en REST y SOAP Web Services.
• Experiencia en desarrollo de software y/o Java valorada.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones usando Workday Extend.
• Crear soluciones que automaticen procesos y mejoren la experiencia Workday.
• Colaborar con clientes para entender necesidades antes de diseñar soluciones.
• Trabajar con consultores funcionales, especialistas en integración y arquitectos de soluciones.
• Participar en el ciclo de vida del proyecto: diseño, desarrollo, pruebas, despliegue y soporte.
• Trabajar en un entorno internacional, colaborativo y técnico.

At BNB, we're expanding our Workday Extend practice and looking for technically curious professionals who want to grow in one of the fastest-growing areas of the Workday ecosystem. You'll work alongside functional consultants, solution architects, and customers to design innovative solutions that deliver real business value—not just write code.

Role Overview: Passionate Application Developer

If you are passionate about application development, this is the job for you! The core of this role is building and creating innovative applications within the Workday ecosystem, the market-leading ERP software for HR and Finance. You will merge strong technical development with the power of a global enterprise platform.

What you'll do

• Design and develop applications using Workday Extend.
• Build solutions that automate business processes and enhance the Workday experience.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs before designing technical solutions.
• Work closely with functional consultants, integration specialists, and solution architects.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Work in an international, collaborative, and highly technical consulting environment.

What we're looking for

We're looking for professionals who combine technical expertise, business curiosity, and strong communication skills.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or another related technical field.
• Knowledge and/or experience working with REST and SOAP Web Services.

Approximately 50% of the most complex work involves reading and writing data through REST and SOAP Web Services. Therefore, candidates should at least be familiar with these concepts and understand how REST and SOAP Web Services, APIs, and JSON/XML are used in system integrations.

• Java experience is highly valued but not mandatory.

If you have solid software development experience using another programming language, we'd still love to hear from you.
