Ferrovial in Madrid is seeking a Workday Analyst with at least 2 years of experience to join our Human Resources and Technology team. You will support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday modules, ensuring an efficient user experience aligned with business objectives.

You will administer Workday HCM, analyze requirements, create reports, train users, and collaborate with IT and HR to ensure data integrity.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience working with Workday.
Functional knowledge of at least one Workday module.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and incident resolution.
Experience with data migration.

Responsabilidades

Administer and support Workday (HCM) modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
Participate in system implementation, enhancement, and update projects.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom configurations.
Train key users and provide second-level support.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure data and process integrity.
Drive adoption of Workday AI solutions to optimize HR processes.
