Sedgwick, fully remote in Spain or Portugal, seeks a Workday Analyst to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HR systems. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors across countries to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and drive data integrity and security.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR or related field.
• 3+ years HRIS or technical systems experience with Workday configuration and support.
• Experience across multiple functional areas including security, reporting, data integrity, and integrations.
• Experience collaborating with international, cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into system designs.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day BAU responsibilities and maintenance of Workday across multiple areas.
• Configure, test, and deploy Workday enhancements and changes.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Monitor Workday inbox and resolve events, tasks, and exceptions.
• Conduct functional audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Assist data clean-up and remediation of discrepancies.
• Participate in system testing: unit, regression, UAT.
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation and training materials.
• Support release readiness, testing, communication, and post-deployment support.
• Maintain configuration alignment with HRIS standards.
• Contribute to process improvements for data and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Manage configuration and implementation of Workday and Colleague Resources apps.
• Contribute to special HRIS projects.
