ES Business Network Builders S.L. in Madrid is seeking a versatile Workday Consultant to join our multicultural, interdisciplinary team and work on exciting international projects with leading companies.

You will participate in requirements analysis, workshop facilitation and client management, driving configurations of the Workday platform. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to delivering prototypes, testing, and ensuring client

Formación

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, Mathematics, or similar quantitative/analytical field.
• Background or interest in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, or data analysis is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; Spanish desirable; Italian or French considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Understand client business requirements and configure the Workday solution.
• Demonstrate configurations through prototypes and assist client testing.
• Conduct workshops in large, global organisations to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design, prototype, configure, test and deliver the Workday platform.
• Lead status reporting to the Engagement Manager on project progress.
• Provide SME guidance on business process decisions and industry specifics.
