Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Workday Digital Product Owner - Absence to lead the Time & Attendance digital product across our global footprint. You will own the product decisions, configure Workday Absence Management for multiple countries, and manage stakeholder relationships between HR, Legal, Payroll, and Digital teams.

Join a multinational team within Digital Delivery & Operations, focusing on regulatory compliance, agile product lifecycle, and ongoing improvements across HR platforms.

Qualifications

• Background in HR technology, time and attendance, or digital product management.
• WD Pro certification: Workday Absence certification and Core HCM certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM integrations and time-to-payroll data flows across countries.
• At least one year of hands-on Tier 3 Workday Absence support.
• Experience with Agile backlog management and end-to-end product lifecycle oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree and Workday certifications are required.
• Strong English; French language is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own product decisions for Time & Attendance applications across the global portfolio.
• Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management across multiple countries.
• Manage stakeholder relationships between HR, Legal, Payroll, and Digital teams.
• Oversee vendor partnerships with third-party time and attendance providers; manage SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with local working time laws and GDPR across countries.
• Lead change management for system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process transformations.
• Drive operational excellence through incident management and performance monitoring.
