Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to design and book personalized trips remotely. You will pair destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach, guiding clients from initial inquiry to confirmed reservation for solo escapes, group getaways, destination weddings, or family travel.

You will craft itineraries across flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages while aligning with client budgets and preferences.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required — we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.
