Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips from initial questions to confirmed reservations, whether for solo escapes, groups, weddings, or family trips.

• Strong communication and people skills for guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings with attention to detail.
• Fast learner for new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip and close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly (payments, changes, add-ons).
• Provide insider knowledge and timely deals to add value to trips.
• Manage end-to-end from pre-trip planning to post-trip follow-ups.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation - whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish - pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools - CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required - we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence
