Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to convert travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will design custom trips, guide clients from initial questions to confirmed reservations, and deliver exceptional service from start to finish.

In this remote role, you’ll leverage destination expertise and a consultative sales approach, handling flights, tours, and packages while offering insider tips and timely deals to create memorable journeys.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience in sales or travel industry preferred but training provided.
• Ability to manage quotes, itineraries, and bookings accurately.
• Familiarity with CRMs and booking tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, and add-ons.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings without dropping details.
• Fast learner when it comes to new tools — CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus, but not required — we provide full training.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence
