A multinational leader in financial services is seeking a Wintel Administrator to ensure high availability and performance of critical infrastructure. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience, strong knowledge of Windows Server, and scripting skills. The hybrid work model offers 4 days remote and 1 day on-site in Madrid. Formación

We are looking for a Wintel Administrator to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial services sector.

• Maintain performance in a demanding service environment with critical services (thousands of virtual servers and hundreds of physical ones).
• Ensure high availability of the infrastructure.
• Administer infrastructure through scripting.
• Vulnerability remediation, obsolescence management, and proactive improvement.
• Support and execution of action plans related to incidents and new projects.
• Maintain architecture and access controls.
• Collaborate following ITIL methodology.
• On-site support in rotating shifts (8-hour days between 7:00 and 19:30).
• On-call support (24/7 shifts with special compensation).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong experience with physical servers from various vendors: Dell, IBM, HP.
• Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 support and troubleshooting.
• Scripting with PowerShell.
• Active Directory knowledge (GPO’s, Kerberos, DNS).
• Security patching experience.
• High English spoken and written (B2/C).
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Openstack.
• Knowledge of antivirus agents and ePo.
• SAN disk management on Windows.
• Development in other languages.
• Ansible and Ansible Tower knowledge.
• Ticketing tools experience.
