We are looking for a talented Productivity & Collaboration Services Administrator with strong Microsoft 365 expertise to join our team for a leading organization in the international organizations sector.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years of experience managing, operating and maintaining large, multi-site and complex messaging infrastructures based on Microsoft Exchange.
- At least 1 year of experience working with cloud environments and Microsoft 365 solutions and deployments.
- Strong hands-on experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience working directly with customers, end users and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, including MFA, application registrations and identity management.
- Experience managing email security and hygiene solutions such as Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Microsoft Defender for Office 365 / ATP or Cisco IronPort.
- Strong knowledge of SMTP email relay systems, particularly Postfix.
- Excellent understanding of email authentication and anti-spam standards including SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Very good PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Microsoft Graph API to automate Microsoft 365 processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and eDiscovery.
- Exposure to on-premises to Microsoft 365 migrations and/or tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 services in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Exposure to Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001 / ISMS).
- Good understanding of monitoring and management tools such as SCOM.
- Microsoft 365 or other relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Google Workspace official training or certification.
What will your main responsibilities be?
- Design, implement, administer and maintain Microsoft 365 collaboration and productivity services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and related technologies.
- Manage and maintain standard service configurations, monitoring and analysis tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting messaging and collaboration platforms.
- Participate in problem management, identifying root causes and implementing long‑term solutions.
- Design, test and deploy messaging and collaboration solutions as part of the release management process.
- Analyse technical requirements from customers, users and stakeholders and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting and reporting for Microsoft 365 and messaging services.
- Automate administration and operational processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and service-related reports.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security and other technical teams in a complex international environment.
