You will guide product development from requirements through prototype validation to serial production, ensuring cost, performance and reliability targets are met. You will mentor engineers, manage design reviews, and coordinate with suppliers and test labs to validate sub-systems and certify components for

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong technology and/or product management experience in low voltage and/or power path component design or in similar position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design lifecycle for electrical sub-system with full ownership and accountability.
• Drive should-cost assessments and support cost optimization with suppliers to meet cost targets.
• Prioritize and delegate work to a global team of design engineers and sub-contractors.
• Ensure quality, on-time delivery, and compliance with safety and reliability requirements.
