Nordex SE seeks an experienced on-site service coordinator for wind turbine blades. You will lead blade teams, provide expert on-site support for inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, and conduct audits of service providers across projects worldwide.

You will organize fault clearance activities, manage SNOW tickets, and share knowledge within the global expert network. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. Willingness to travel and rotate internationally is essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience with operational blade services.
• Technical degree or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience.
• Willing to work on-site in a rotation scheme; 80% time outside home country.
• Strong communication and ability to work in an international team.
• Confident communication with partners and customer orientation.
• Strong MS Office knowledge and documentation skills.
• Strong results orientation with hands-on troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise blade teams on site.
• Provide on-site technical support and guidance for blade activities (inspections, troubleshooting, repairs).
• Conduct technical audits and field controls of blade service companies.
• Plan, organize, and execute fault clearance activities.
• Support creation, coordination, and closure of SNOW tickets.
• Contribute to the global expert network and share knowledge.
• Prepare and evaluate inspection and repair reports.
• Develop and deliver trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assess defect evaluations and develop cross-functional technical solutions.
• Act as technical and coordination interface for NX and other stakeholders.
