GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind) based in Barcelona, Spain. You will oversee offshore wind asset operations from a remote hub, coordinating with site teams and engineering experts to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience
• Read electrical schematics and apply in troubleshooting
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring tools
• Fluent English, strong communication under pressure
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and travel up to 20%

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvements
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimization
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
