GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind) in Barcelona. You will safeguard offshore wind assets by monitoring performance, diagnosing issues remotely, and guiding field teams through technical challenges.

Strong SCADA, electrical schematics, and analytical skills are essential, with up to 20% travel and English fluency. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams, contribute to process improvements, and support grid outage responses while

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support.
Experience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication.

Responsabilidades

Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
