GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for Wind Remote Operations in Barcelona, Spain. You will oversee safe, efficient offshore wind asset operation from a remote center, bridging commissioning and service phases to ensure turbines perform reliably throughout their lifecycle.

You will work with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues, enabling stable operations and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays
