GE Vernova in Barcelona seeks a ROC Technical Lead to operate offshore wind assets from a Remote Operations Center. You will monitor performance, diagnose issues, and support commissioning and service phases to keep turbines running safely and efficiently.

The role requires hands-on wind turbine experience, ability to read electrical schematics, and strong analytical communication. Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate to Barcelona is expected.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in wind energy operations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics for field support.
• Experience with SCADA and digital monitoring systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms and abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities via remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear, structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on rotating weekday shifts with on-call for weekends/holidays.
