GE Vernova is seeking a Technical Lead for the ROC team to oversee daily operations, including remote commissioning, real-time monitoring, and 24/7 services from the office in Barcelona. The role demands rotating shifts to ensure continuous coverage and strong collaboration with site teams.

You will lead responses to field disturbances, coordinate 24/7 ROC activities, and drive process improvements with focus on safety, reliability and compliance in offshore wind projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering or 3+ years wind sector experience.
• On-site technical experience in wind turbine generators and reading electrical schematics.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus and travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily ROC operations including remote commissioning and real-time monitoring.
• Coordinate 24/7 ROC activities, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with site teams and provide technical support to resolve issues.
• Review performance data, drive continuous improvement, and report findings.
