GE Vernova's ROC is seeking a technically skilled leader to oversee offshore wind asset operations from a Remote Operations Center in Barcelona. You will monitor turbine performance, troubleshoot issues, and support commissioning and service activities remotely to ensure safe, reliable generation.

Your role requires hands-on wind turbine experience, strong diagnostic abilities, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines in operational environments
• Able to read electrical schematics for troubleshooting
• Fluent in English; willingness to relocate to Barcelona

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms
• Remote diagnostics for commissioning and service activities
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues
• Escalate complex issues with clear technical information
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams
• Analyze operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance
