GE Vernova seeks a ROC Technical Lead for the Remote Operations Center in wind energy. You will oversee offshore wind assets from a remote hub, guiding commissioning and service activities and ensuring turbine reliability across lifecycles.

You will work with site teams and engineers to detect, analyze, and resolve issues, promoting safe operations and continuous improvement. Strong collaboration and clear technical communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support.

Responsabilités

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to support commissioning and service activities.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
