Job summary

GE Vernova’s ROC Technical Lead role is based in the Remote Operations Center for offshore wind, located in Barcelona. You will monitor turbine performance, analyze data, and drive remote diagnostics to support commissioning and service activities.

You will collaborate with site teams and engineering experts to resolve issues, ensure safe operations, and continuously improve reliability and performance across wind assets. Fluency in English and willingness to relocate to Barcelona are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in wind energy.
• Hands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
