GE Vernova is seeking a ROC Technical Lead for Remote Operations Center (Wind) in Barcelona. You will support safe, efficient offshore wind asset operation from a remote hub, interfacing with site teams and engineering to detect, analyze, and resolve issues throughout commissioning and service phases.

You will monitor performance, perform diagnostics, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven insights. Strong electrical, SCADA, and communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on wind turbine or electromechanical systems experience in operation.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCADA and other digital monitoring tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and travel up to 20%.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditions.
• Support commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Assist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performance.
• Escalate complex issues with clear and structured technical information.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problems.
• Analyse operational data to identify faults, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting and communication of technical findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational optimisation.
• Support grid outages when required, prioritising safety and compliance.
• Work on a rotating weekday shift schedule with occasional on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
