Nordex SE is seeking a senior engineering leader in wind turbine technology based in Spain. You will drive technological advancements, lead cross-functional projects, and mentor diverse teams to deliver engineering excellence across product lines and customer deployments.

The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on analyses, requiring fluent English and German or Spanish, a proactive, decisive attitude, and outstanding leadership.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent.
• Several years of industrial R&D experience, ideally with complex systems.
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine analyses, studies, and calculations.
• Ability to work with international and diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English and German or Spanish.
• Hands-on, decisive with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project.
