China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A. is seeking an O&M Site Supervisor to support wind farms in the Tarragona region. You will manage a portfolio of facilities, ensure compliance with HSE standards, and optimize asset performance through effective coordination with EPCs and contractors.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3–7 years of experience, with advanced English and native Spanish proficiency. Based near project sites, you will oversee multi-crew operations and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or similar)
• 3-7 years of experience in a similar position
• Advanced to Intermediate English (B2-C1) and Native Spanish (C1-C2) written and verbal

Aufgaben

• Portfolio & Asset Management Support: manage a portfolio of medium to large wind farms and assist Asset Managers with O&M activities.
• Health & Safety: ensure HSE requirements for O&M activities are met.
• Asset Optimization: organize works to maximize performance and safe operation, review procedures and maintenance plans.
• EPC Management: attend follow-up meetings with outsourced asset management and O&M contractors.
• Risks Identification & Problem Solving: assess risks and opportunities and provide technical/organizational solutions.
• Reporting: check progress of works for monthly installments and prepare technical reports.
• Stakeholder Management: maintain relations with suppliers, administrations and stakeholders at site level.
