Job summary

China Three Gorges (Europe) S.A is seeking a Deputy Asset Manager to support the Asset Management team in overseeing a wind farm portfolio, ensuring operational, contractual, and financial performance. You will monitor performance, coordinate with O&M contractors, manage land leases, insurance coordination, and help with cost control and budgeting.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Asset Management, along with strong English and Spanish skills and advanced Excel/Power BI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with strong analytical skills
Master's degree in Energy Management, Renewable Energy, Finance or MBA preferred
5+ years in Asset Management, Renewable Energy Operations
Advanced English and native Spanish proficiency (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Support Asset Manager in day-to-day management of wind farm portfolio
Monitor operational performance, availability, production and KPIs; oversee energy sales and PPA obligations
Coordinate with O&M contractors and service providers; track KPIs and SLAs
Manage O&M agreements, contract renewals, and compliance monitoring; support cost control and budgeting
Review invoices, support revenue reconciliation and identify optimization opportunities
Assist with asset optimization initiatives including lifetime extension and repowering
